Production Process

1. Preparation of Mud
It all starts with carefully selected clay.
The clay is kneaded to remove air bubbles and is ready for shaping.

2. Shaping
Some parts are shaped on a lathe, while others are shaped by hand.
This stage is the most creative process where each product gains its unique form.

3. Drying and Touch-Ups

The pieces are dried slowly.
Then, the surfaces are smoothed with sponges and knives, and the details are carefully completed with the trimming process.

4. Baking Biscuits
The first firing strengthens the ceramic.
At this stage the pieces are still porous and ready for glaze.

5. Glazing
I prepare my own secrets that give each product its unique character.
Glaze, applied by brush, dipping or pouring methods, adds liveliness and durability to the surface.

6. Glaze Firing

The ceramics take their final form with the second firing at high temperature.
Each piece is now ready for use, with its glossy or matt surfaces, textures and tones.
